Object Dock settings for My computer shortcut plz...

Friday, March 28, 2003 by MogWaEE | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Hiya, I lost my default "My Computer" shortcut on ObjectDock... and I can't remember the exact settings for it. I know how to link to Win Explorer, but that's not what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance!

There was another thread on this a few days back (my SDC browser only goes back 2 days and I'm too lazy to search the forums for it).

You can also put the following in the arguments box (provided you've got explorer.exe in the link box):

/e,/select,C:\

This will then give you a 'proper' My Computer window with the folder list etc instead of the window with just the icons.
