Help me please, you wonderful people

Okay, I downloaded a theme from the Nintendo website, which has the extension .sdtheme.... but i can't find anywhere that tells me how to use the file! If you open it as a zip file, it contains:
preview.bmp
SuperMarioSunshine.ico
SuperMarioSunshine1024.jpg
WinStyles.ini
Icon Packager
WindowBlinds
If anyone could give me a clue (or just tell me) how to install this theme, I would be happy to hand over exactly one hearty thank you, and some invisible kudos

Hurrah!
Just finished downloading WindowBlinds, and that part works
I'll get on downloading the other parts now.... Thanks!
