Read about what it is and what it does BEFORE you try using/installing it.
The same goes for any and every shell replacement...

LiteStep: hard to use for computer novices, can be run as shell ("normal" way of use) or on top of explorer, Open Source but requires more time to learn, most features of any desktop/shell replacements
