Compiled list of onlie tutorials for various application used in skinning

wonder if we compiled a list of the best tutorials that can be found online and put them together in their respective groups, and then presented the linds to WinC would people make use of it, if WinC would post it?
Would need someone who gets into keeping track fo such things, which leaves me out, my memory and attention span is about the length of my arm...
Also a trouble shooting page of links for tech issue and windows..
good idea / bad idea/ stupid waste of time ?
