i was browing ThemeXp.com and Noticed this http://www.themexp.org/view_info.php?id=15630
So I Downloaded it and thisis Whats in the ReadFile

The beacon style was created by Mike Bryant for windowblinds. Since i don't use windowblinds i ported the skin over to the .msstyle format. It is almost complete ... i Know Mike Siad He Gave Pemission to a Few and i have Downloaded and Tried the 2 that i Know of Both Have permission Files .
So my Question is This Dose this Port Have Permissions If Not It Should Be Removed ASAP

Mike just stated in another post that did give permission for those who were wondering

kona a 'port' is a conversion/alteration of a skin for one proggy to be used on another proggy...eg a Winamp skin can be ported to a WMP skin by using and modifying the same graphics and/or functionality...
