WindowBlinds and the task bar arn't cooperating!

Cant get my task bar and other bars to accept the skin i choose. any sugestions?

Object bar --> theme editor -> theme tools -> theme options -> put a checkmark in the radio box "Convert The Current Windowblinds Skin For Use By This Theme" -> OK -> close

dun no that it is OB or WB, she very well could have WB setup so it makes all bars flat...
which would screw the 3d effect of a skin if it had one applied to the bars...

reason I asked, what version and version, keeps guessing down and makes it so your not puling teeth for background info..
