create a logons skin

I wanna create a logons skin, but I don't know how can I change the color and position of "Login Notice Caption".
Please help me.

I'm not sure, but I think you need to do some code work. Just look for a text file (its probably java, or xml) and you've to code that.

i usually just don't bother with it, once you start working with code, if you're like me and don't know what you're talking about, you can seriously get messed up.
