this is really good. i particularly like the min/max/close button. creative and also well thought. also corresponds nicely with the start button.
the scrollbars are weak compared with the rest of the skin. that biohazard symbol looks out of place. it's also bad interface design to use the same symbol for for up/down.
task buttons suffer from borderitis. looks a little crowded and makes it harder to find the desired task than necessary.
i hope you enjoy using colors. because besides the critisizm this is really, really good.
