Is the Windowblinds 10 skins folder a registry entry like in previous versions, or is it hardcoded somewhere?

Ed gets all credit, he's the one who told me.
I just didn't want to post registry hacks here in the forums directly. If someone messes up their registry, things could be bad.

Registry entry. Redneckdude changed his manually, but I am not sure where it is changed.
