January 2016 Promotions including the Newest Master Skinner

We intended these for around the winter holiday but got a bit delayed. A couple times a year we recognize WinCustomize members who contribute skins and who are valued members of the community by also helping others on the forums as well.
We'll start off the year promoting these members, so a big congratulations to the following WinCustomize members.

Newest WinCustomize Master Skinner -- DaveBax
DaveBax has been a member of WinCustomize since 2007 and has created a number of skins in various categories during that time. He's been doing a fantastic job at WindowBlinds skins for a while now, and is in the top 5 WindowBlinds skinners. Several of the WC moderators nominated him for Master, and we're excited to announce his promotion!

Wow. There are not enough words to say for this. Will say this is quite an honor given to me and I'm thrilled about it. Would like to thank all the people that have supported and helped me along the way, Stardock, and just all the wonderful members here on WC. Thank you all so very much.

And thankyou to Island Dog for 'doing the paperwork'. Things are rather 'busy' here at the moment...so if we'd waited till it was all sorted it'd be the 2017 promotions...
