Jafo, long before someone started posting skins that were a rip of their work this was a problem! So I doubt that this is the reason for them to deny access for people using Opera.

Roy Munson: As far as I know, not so long ago, Johanne updated our site for it to be browsed by Opera too, but now we are on the process of moving it to another server and we are just witing for them to give us the green light.
I didn't ask Johanne, but I almost sure it will be able to be browsed using IE, Mozilla and Opera.

Treetog, thanks for the reply, now I won't have to switch over to IE to access your site! I really just don't like IE or MS for that matter.

ha ha ha... at least they did a terrible job of copying... it's ugly... If you need my support alexandrie I will send them an email.. just to add to their feelings of worthlessness.... since they have no creativity of their own

It should be a good thing when things like this are going by a legalized person, I think we can't accept this anymore! >

Wherever one goes in this world, physically or bytewise or (otherwise, for all you out-of-body people), you will consistantly meet those of low moral character and selfworth and those who belong at the bottom of the food chain. Giving such people a stern talking to will only placate those who have been ripped; no one's going to feel bad about the rip because you shook your finger at them. Infringements of internet copywrites need stiff legal repercusions.

that's exactly why we spam their A$# ... they will give up eventually... but we must do it in a classy way... be polite, but keep them busy reading emails from people, who in a tactfull way tell them how worthless they are "dear sir, the web site for which you run is a crewd, tastless copy of another (Pixtudio: http://www.pixtudio.com). As a member of an internet community of artists I demand that you take down this blatent theft of an artists hard work. It is not your own, and you have no permission whatsoever to use any graphics from Pixtudio. I ask you formally that all graphics which are not yours be taken down immediatly before any legal action is needed." Or somethings like that, make him realize that he did STEAL, and he is liable for his own actions... and if we all send him emails, every one at this site.. lol he will surely give up

In the old days of the web, that's how we learned...we stole from each other non-stop. However...those days are gone forever, and these days you need to ASK.

Nail them to the wall!

I tried starting a thread to discuss a solution to the growing problem of ripping, but I seemed to be the only one willing to consider methods of prevention other than taking action after the event. I've seen the rips of your site graphics before, and they all just show the same disregard for your rights as artists. Hopefully there will come a point where people are willing to put serious thought into the problem, but in the meantime it looks like harassment is our only weapon...
