Resizing Issue

So far, the only issue I have is that Outlook 2010 and Firefox will not remain resized. They seem to have a mind of their own. Otherwise, WB 10 is working well.
Update: I did a full shutdown and Firefox opened to the correct size. Outlook 2010 seems to have a mind of its own but not a major issue.
