I need Help with DesktopX and the Fauxs-X Theme

When i have the FauxS-X Theme load my Win Taskbar keepd on poping up for no reason. is there something im missing or is it just messed up. This is on Win Xp and the apps are all Demos if that really is helpful. Thanx

Is your taskbar set to be always on top? Is it set to autohide? Is there a specific thing you do that causes it to pop back up?

I don't do anything to make it pop up it just keeps on doing it
