1. You can drag any of the palettes around the screen by pressing and holding the space bar while clicking on a palette and moving it.

2. When you want to change the shape of an object in relation to itself instead of where it's at in the space click on the down arrow next to the edit button click on the object option.

4. To duplicate an object click it so it's highlighted and then press CTRL+D.

5. To change an object into a different one (i.e., sphere to torus) while maintaining it's original proporations use number 4 above to duplicate and in the edit menu towards the right there are two little arrows facing away from each other, click on them and select a different shape and that object magically changes to it.

More to come but I'm sure most of you already know these. I'll list more technical ones when I get home.

Having recently just begun to use bryce, I find myself fumbling, aimlessly sniveling and having convulsive fits from even trying to understand a meager portion of whats being said here... but hey, don't we all start somewhere.
But seriously, I agree that the evil is not in using bryce, but rather not taking the time to be original and willing to learn it if you are going to use it. GA, a downloadable tut or web site with your tips and tricks would be a grand and glorious thing indeed

Sorry for the late reply but I was on a business trip.

I'm as busy as I can get and as much as I would love to have my own site and even one where I can help others I'm afraid I'm at a point in my life where I barely have time to make anything right now (whoa that barely made any sense )

I much prefer a quick email asking me something and I replying. I think those that have done that have no complaints thus far in my help that I've given them. Since I never got help and was always asking people who would rarely or never reply with any help I make sure I help others cuz I've been there (still am )
