It isn't hard to hide. Someone needs to write a letter to Kazaa. They are trading skins there too. I think someone should nail them like they nailed napster.

25 record companies have a law suit against Kazaa right now.. in like 10 different countries. Napster only had 5 companies against them, in well America... so...I've been reading about it on NeoWin for a while, but now that I think they haven't said anything about it in about a month now... hmmm..

interesting. So Kazaa is going out. but what about bearshare, geunella (spelling) and all those P2P I see at zdnet for download? If they shut down one, they need to shut down all of them.

... what I said was if Kazaa loses the rest will fall. this is the first case of it's type where a company from one country is being sued for internet practices by companies from another country. If Kazaa loses this sets a standard on how these cases will be handled, and much more than just Kazaa will be gone in my opinion. I think spam laws will be next, hopefully

it really realy sucks too and that dumb butt disclaimer they put in those rips means squat..
also that stupid " This is a really sweet, yada yada yda, and if you make use of it you should purchase it and support the authors for the hard work they do"
yeah right... steal it and then out of the goodness of your heart pay for it down the road, as if..
like to figure out a means of, oh hell... the tracking code eing used by online music outlets would work, might need some adjustment, but, you could see exactly who is downloding it, who is sarching for it and who is storing it for download with that ...
