For some reason that last 'and I'm not a terrorist' comment made me laugh. It had a hint of Python about it...

RuderThanYou...there is no such thing as "though he ripped off the skins he did it real good". Theft is theft.
Oh, it's OK...it was an artistic murder done with aplomb....stylish blood-spatters...

Hey Mr Snap for nothing I wasn't saying he stole it good I was saying he ported over to Opera good. So you can keep your stylish blood-splatter to yourself. The only thing wrong with it is he didn't get permission to distribute it and since he didn't get permission it should get taken off the opera site.

Ruder in defence of Jafo looking back at your post it clearly shows you saying he did it good, it was your own wording that caused the responce not a 'Snap for nothing', take a look and see if you agree

sorry you guys I had to send him an email... the skins haven't been removed... errr... this bugs me here goes my email

[begin]

Dear Mr. Tereschenko

When looking through your Opera skins I was appalled to find that you had taken the works of other artists and used them in your skins without permission. The graphical elements in question that you took specifically are the Copyrighted Fauxs-xp icon sets, Copyrighted Copper Deck 2 Icons and Windowblinds skin graphics, Copyrighted Sputnik Icons and Windowblinds skin graphics, icons from the Author Foood, premium skin suites that bring in revenue for skin authors and artists, and theft of copyright from other places that I can not completely verify at this time. More shocking than any of your any of your other actions was the use of premium skin suites from Stardock, and Pixtudio.com. The Images from the Orion icon set, and the Toon-XP premium suite are copyrighted material and not for redistribution. You have clearly violated the license agreement on those files and you may be sued by Stardock and Pixtudio for damages. I am asking you to remove the skins in question, and if you would like to put these skins back online please contact the authors for permission to use their graphics. I am forwarding a copy of this email to Opera, Pixtudio, Wincustomize, and Stardock. Thank you for your time, and I await your response

Fauxs-xp Icons Sets: http://www.fauxs-x.com
Sputnik, Copper deck 2, and Toon XP (artists homepage): http://www.pixtudio.com
Orion Icon Set, and Toon XP (Sales and Support): https://www.stardock.com

[end]

hopefully this adds to his feelings of worthlessness for having no creativity of his own... and makes him take down those skins...

Just sent message to Opera, forgot to copy before I hit submit, but I mentioned the author in a polite manner, and asked that his skins be removed...

Nice Job da_zman... I checked earlier and I noticed that no action was taken care of either. Maybe some extra fire would heat up their @$$es to get things done

Actually yeah it was snipe Iplural. But so was what jafo said. Maybe the way I wrote that one sentence wasn't totally clear but it's intent was in the sentences that followed. I'm not sure what address everyone is sending their complaints to when your emailing opera but a better place to put your complaints might be their message board. http://my.opera.com/forums/
I know the sales and technical support are in the messege board alot and there is a topic on customizing opera there.
