I have read the instuctions,
I have tried sending a message and nothing happens,
I think I don't know how to use it and I feel awful dumb right now.
Are there any other instructions available?

you have wc browser its on the left side of the screen ( chat)but you have to have the browser

It says: "Your access level does not permit you to download the enhanced version of the WinCustomize Browser." I paid for object Desktop a while back does the browser not come with that?

I thought it said if you pay for Object Desktop you get a 1 or 2 year subscription to WC

If you buy ObjectDesktop you get unlimited downloads from Wincustomize, which is also one of the reasons for subscribing to WC. But with a full-fledged WC subscription, at $20 for 2 years, you get unlimited downloads plus the browser and premium skin suites. One of those suites has been out for a while, the newest comes out this month.

I too had trouble undestanding the concepts at first, but it really does make sense in the end.

Object Desktop is Object Desktop. It is a one year subscription to the Object Desktop network. WinCustomize Browser is sold to support WinCustomize and is $19.95 for 2 years + 2 premium suites.
An Object Desktop purchase *does* raise your access rights, though, so that you will not be capped on downloads.
