If u have downloaded a wallpaper, use the desktop settings dialog box (available by right clicking on an empty space on your desktop) to change it. (right click > properties > desktop (tab) > Browse)
The rest of the skins have to be applied through their respective softwares. Eg. for a logon, launch the logon Studio program, and load the logon. Any problems, contact me at [email protected] but with specifics.
