Need help with Winstyles/object desktop

...Ok I downloaded some themes for Object Desktop so I open Winstyles and apply them. The icons and cursors work fine and dandy but the custom windows and task bar/start menu don't change, they stay as the default Windows XP theme. Anybody know what's wrong?

Whatever you are trying to apply using Winstyles you will need that program also.
