Cursor disappearing!!!

Can anyone tell me why my cursor disappears and flickers about, ( I have cursor XP ), this problem is driving me nuts 
any help would be very mych appreciated.

No I didn't change any script settings, but I will try what u suggested, thanks Keila.

Well I just went back to default windows cursor and re-applied a Cursor XP one and it seemed to fix it.

The only problem I have with cursor XP is that sometimes it won't go over certain specific Alert dialog windows. My cursor seems to disapear under, or disapear altogethre. I have to use the keyboard to click on the OK button.

Did you try another cursor set to see if the same thing happened with it?
Did you try "Disable all" in CursorXP, then you can tell if it is a problem with cursors in CursorXP or a system problem.
