Is there any E.T.A. For WindowBlinds (and SKS) 10 YET ??
Me & Kitty are waiting eagerly to update.
Thankful for at least a hint of how long it might take.

WindowBlinds 10 is in development. I don't have an exact time of when a beta will be available, but we're working to get it done as soon as possible.
wonder why you did not just stick to the already exisiting topics.

I dunno if the cold turkey kicks in atm but you could have just used any of these other topics since they all have one in common - they all want to know when windowblinds10 will be released.-
You´ll find me in one of the "average" for you prolly "pleb" topics, let me know if you come around and i´ll roll out the red carpet.

We typically don't give an estimate as release dates can change quickly with development and QA. When there's news to share, it'll be posted here.

I'm sure if they said 1 month ETA, everyone here would bitch and moan if it doesn't happen in a month.
They'd quote the post, or this thread, and say, "Well, you said in a month, and it's been more than that!"
Guessing that'd be one reason for not giving an estimate.

I don't disagree with your answer at all.
However I can't understand why a simple question can't be answered one way or another. I already asked this and wasn't rushing an answer as to when WB would be ready. All I wanted to know is when Windowblinds is ready will that included an update for SKS in case extra things were needed for Win 10. I'm didn't try to put a time line on anything and still don't think that was an unreasonable question. I again agree many questions are unreasonable but what I asked wasn't it was just for general information.

Sounds like Stardock has no Project Plan with tasks and expected due dates. I would have fired my staff for that.

I'm thinking WB10 is going to be a different animal altogether like Win 10 is. IMO...it may be that a reasonable guesstimate would serve no useful purpose as it may say one thing then something unexpected comes along and puts the kibosh on work already done. MS loves throwing monkey wrenches into stuff.

As was mentioned above, we typically don't give expected release dates as they can often change.
That has nothing to do with development and the projects we are working on.

I have 0 doubt that you are working on software for the new Windows 10. Also know over the years you have released most things very quickly. From everything I have read about the win 10 make over it is just hard to get everything done quickly because of a complete code change over. If say if WB can be made to work it will but needs to work before being released. Hoping SKS is also released with it or soon after. This is of course is if SKS needs an update for adding additional images or changes required for win 10 skins.
Hope these threads stop and people will realize it will be available if it can be done.

What I did was renew my Object Desktop, so that I can install from there and get notification of new issues. Works nicely.

All very vague.. for a lot of folks that literally depend on this update, some sense of something would be very much appreciated.
At this rate Win 15 will be out before we even get a solid answer, let alone the software.
Please, can we have something less ambiguous, I think its somewhat deserved to long time community members and customers.
