problem with preview picture (PROBLEM SOLVED)

I am trying to reach someone who can help me with my skin or point me in the right direction to someone who can help. my skin is LCARS REFIT and i just updated it on 9/9 and it posted properly except the preview picture was not updated. I tried editing 2 times now with the new preview picture for LCARS REFIT but as it gets posted it still remains the old preview picture. So anyway i hope i am making sense because my skin has the wrong preview picture as i have tried twice already uploading the new pic but i doesn't get posted with my updated skin. so if you know how i can get this fixed or someone who can help please PM me if you can.

ok redneckdude i tried again just now for the 3rd time and i renamed it again. i will have to wait and see whats what. thanks for the quick reponse to my question and as always you da man.

Having the same issue here, but I don't think it is a WC issue. Must be an issue with the Internet itself somewhere, as I updated a screenshot and uploaded it to my site yesterday, and it won't change, and the same image here on WC which links from my site will not change either. I cleared my browsers cache and everything, nothing I did helped, old image remains no matter what. 
At first I thought it might be my host, but evidently others are having this problem too.
EDIT: I just renamed the image and upped it, all is well now, but what the heck might be causing this?

hey lightstar. wow I thought I was the only one with this problem. it is a weird thing and I haven't had this problem before but if this time doesn't work rename the pic then do I have to reupload my skin? Also my guess was a browser problem as well and did the same as you but again after the second try it did not change. I tried it a 3rd time about an hour ago but I have to wait and see what happens and I will let you all know if it works. thanks a lot for everything

Windows 10 is trying to steal it so it can replace at least one of their icons.
On Windows 7... 
JTOL, would a refresh (F5) help?
Nope. Only renaming the image worked.

Problem solved. Hankers worked on it for me after I renamed it 3 times but after Hankers pushed the pic through it still did not change for awhile. Strange thing though, I tried different browsers and the correct pic was good with Firefox and Chrome. IE 11 and Opera were showing the old preview. After Hankers did his thing about 6hrs later IE and Opera got caught up to speed. I truly think and I know it was not WC at fault at all and it was indeed the net. But if anyone has this problem your best bet is to rename the pic and upload it in a different browser if it does not work in your current browser. That's what Hankers told me to do and it seemed to work out perfectly. Thanks for everything Hankers my hats off to you sir

Try naming the new preview differently than the first one.
