Aquarium Blind User Pic?

I've just downloaded the Aquarium Blind by Alexandrie and applied the User Pic. It is showing as a blue square with a pink border..is this right or am I missing part of the picture? Sorry if I sound dumb but I'm a newbie to Blinds.

The user oic in that skin is just a place-holder to keep the alignment of the graphics right. (I think) Most skins don't have a user pic built in with them. The idea was to have a space for the person's regular user pic but many skins have been made with a custom user pic included. If you can view the graphics in the skin's folder, see if the user pic is just a pink square, if it is it's not meant to used.

I just looked at it in the Aquarium Blind folder in Windows and yes it shows as just a pink square.
