How do u install this stuff?

Okay, i am new at desktop styling and all this, but im not with computers in genral. Unfortunally i downloaded this really neat desktop style that had the whole bit, it came in 1 file, it was a .wba file, what am i supposed to do to install this?

You have downloaded a WindowBlinds skin. You will need the WindowBlinds program to use it. Go here and learn all the neat things you can do with software for customizing your computer.
Remember, virtually everything here needs a parent program to make it work.

You need WindowBlinds....Look for it in the WindowBlinds section...
