Easy.
No matter what number you choose, the answer will always be a multiple of 9. And all the multiples of 9 in the chart correspond to the same symbol.
Of course, every time you hit Play Again, the chart changes so you don't realise it's always the same symbol.
Child play.

all multiples of 9 have the same symbol. after doing the math, the answer is always a multiple of 9

I can do long division in my head....guess that's the problem...there wasn't any long division...
