that corner does seem a little blank...
maybe if everything moved down and the smiley emotion was on the top center.
I vote for a new icon that looks like eyes coming out of its head.

a bug-eyed icon would be okay with me... the vomit icon can stay gone forever imo... I was so glad to see it gone when I returned.

I would like one with buggy eyes, a 1970's afro hairstyle, sideburns, with it's tongue stuck out and reaching up to touch it's nose, with Mickey Mouse ears and the beak of a duck-billed platypus.
I'm not sure what it would mean exactly, but I just want it.

Here's a suggestion. What about a birthday cake icon? I'm sure a lot of people celebrate birthdays of all sorts
