I didn't think the jokes about the dolphin were that funny (accept the whole you can go to jail for that" line of jokes) 
but he/she shouldn't have over reacted.. the way he/she did... seeing this thread makes the whole thing funny though...

the thing is, once the answer to the question was given, it kind of drifted off and they were forgotten, nothing mean was meant by it really.
Personally I am a Echo nut to some extent. I will not throw trash out, I do actually have trash bags in my truck so when I go fishing or take the dog down for a swim, or my wife and daughter to the beach, I pick up other peoples trash.
I would take a human life long before I would take an animals life, unless as food, and Dolphins, actually, they are not even Dolphins, they are Porpoises or Bottle node Dolphin.
Dolphin is a family of small toothed whales which happens to include Orca, which are neat to look at and such but they just about have the worst table manners that one could think of next to a shark.
Or there is always Dolphin fish, Mahi Mahi
we get people into Dolphins down here all the time, most also are into new age, crystals and "wow man" as a meaningful means of communicating.

seriously though, no one meant any offense, it really is as I said, Jafo is one of the people who are key to the operation to the site and his answer wans;t with any intent of sarcasm. Dolphin themes just are not accepted because of the number of places on the web that do have loads of it on their sites.
Yes we did get a bit far off with it joking around, but it wans;t directed at you in any manner, honestly once we thought your question had been answered things just kind of turned to the joking side of things.
The thing about Styl is, I wouldn't even begin to question that they had in fact started to create just what you asked for, but over the last month or so thee has been an influx of people coming in form another well know site that has decided to shut down because of all of the negative people trashing others works and such, It all was going smooth up until your post about, well, the miss understanding and lack of communicable expression lets say, Your post was what you felt from what you read, the responding posts were based on the same assumptions, though neither seems to meet, people talking past each other starting from some point I guess.
You are more than welcome here, and we will be minus one positive part of the whole if you do decide to not be here. But with things as they have been with all the trolls coming in stirring things up, people are on edge. That is why all the joking is taking place as it is in all kinds of threads and not just in those created for that specific purpose, I feel, Reassurance, like the soldiers in the field, dodging harm, they find humor in the oddest things and they express it in the oddest way with no harm intended.
my personal opinion would be for you to stick around and meet Fussy, Elfkura, goodmorphing, BoXXi and the rest of the gang, including those you have already met but haven't if you know what I mean?

Why is it that a sense of humor is non-existent in some. Everything in that post was light-hearted and very tongue-in-cheek. In fact, when I began joking I said, right in the post, that I was joking. It couldn't have been more plain than that. To sum up, here is smiley that seems to be a foreign concept.

NO harm ment, no disrespect in the least, We also thought none was taken, so you follow up post triggered the defenses, and hence we are here. You wew not wrong and we were notwrong either really, though maybe a little composure on our part was called for. There is always a action leading up to a reaction, and you do not always have to be the one presenting the complete picture surrounded by the action that dictates the level of the reaction, that was our fault. We ass-umed you were one of them, or maybe just tired of them and not ready to check and see, either way, fault lays ther eiwth us...

motion, the thing is, sthey are in a new place asking something from people they know nothing about and that is a put off situation to begin with,,
It is evident they like Dolp[hins and the next thing they know I am cracking about throw a couple on the barbie and throwing back a few fosters...
my bad, really...
though it was kinda funny
anyway, it would be like someone stopping in to see if anyone was intersted in purchasing kittens in a bottle.
Don;t laugh, I'm a moderator on an International News Chat and we had someone do just that, had a web page and everything. Looked like the kitten had swallowed a can of soda, I wanted to beat them to an inch of their life...
no that was not in fun, my point is, they ( I am holding back to saying she) like Dolphins, very much, enough they want them to lookat each and ecerytime they site in front of the computer. So from their perspective, it was very heartless on my account for what I said, and evidentliy what omse others said, even though not one of us would harm one, as a matter of fact if the situation presented itself we would be the ones in the pitcutre sholder deep in mud trying to keep a beached on alive. Which is something our posts did not reflect in the least..

You got your answer right from the begining...
As a matter of fact, if you do a web search I bet you will find more dolphin icons, cursors and wallpapers than you will be willing to download. Thats the point, there has been an over kill of Dolphins and not just in tuna nets.
anyway, sorry if ( seems to be ) you took offence, none was intended in the least.
by anyone, least of all Jafo...
on another note, have you ever tried Mahi Mahi?
