Icon-X Question

I'm currently using the Toon theme. When DesktopX starts, Icon-X doesn't start with it, I have to restart DesktopX for it to work. If I try to reload the theme instead, it comes up with an error and says DesktopX needs to restart for it to work properly. Is this a known Icon-X bug? Any ideas would be welcome.
