how do i install the logon files?

jeez Fraud, you're thread was only about 10 minutes old when I answered it. For 2:30am PST I think that's pretty good... 
This site is a collection of "skins". The skins are made for specific skinning software, like, Windowblinds. If you wanted to use a Windowblinds skin you would need to install the Windowblinds software. Every skin library has a link to the needed software right at the top of the list.
You should bopth read the FAQ that's linked at the top of the message Board, it's full of good info about how to do this.

When you download a "Logon" some will install themselves in the logon program. Others you will have to create a folder of that name and extract the logon files into that folder.
Then you may have to load the "logon" into the logon program via the load button. Anyway this is what I have found. I hope this may help
