How can I install the theme)?

I donwloaded he theme,but in WinCustomize I make "apply"and he said me-No themes found in the computer-I need some program or what:)?

I would also like to point out that I don't normally associate with people who call themselves "sexkiller" or whatever, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt, and hope you get a new nickname!
