Posting a wallpaper

Why is it that when i post a wllpaper it is listed under the "my skins " category but then i look at it the next day and it is gone?? Is my wallpaper being placed on the site or is it not?? >

I just uploaded my 3 of 8 and it sitting there pretty as you please, it just took a long time to load
