Yes im noob for these wincustomizing things..
this maybe a little stupid question but here it comes anyway.. I have windows xp professional.. do i need some extra software to use those skins..? the reason im asking this is that most of the skins have WinXP support in their description.. so i thought that changing skins its integrated in winxp?? thx

It means that the startbar, start panel, shellstyles, etc are all skinned

Some of that (shellstyles, command prompt) will only work with the newest WB beta available to ODNT subscribers
