I think someone was jealous, because it gained popularity so quickly, and some untalented bastards out there are pissed off. It really is the best suite going, inspired by Judge's OSXP skin.
moebis.. I gotta tell ya, that sort of talk, ain't exactly how you win friends and influence people.

Seems I overlooked your reference to 'jealous...untalented bastards'...but although no names were named it is clear and evident to whom you were referring, since your work was/is still held in moderation, pending revision relating to permissions, etc.
Needless to say, describing the admins/moderators in such a manner is counter-productive.
The apparent disdain you hold towards experienced skinners/admins is definitely going to impact upon your skinning 'fame', but will be sure to boost its 'infamy'.
Perhaps a reality check...a re-assessment of your conduct/comments is in order...

Just so you 'know' exactly 'who' is being slighted....

Now, that email extract needs to be in the upload, the note about publicly sourced free-use-for-redistribution icons be mentioned, and just hunt down this other permission and it'll all be fine.
I know it seems like a lot of work, but in reality, I have two works I've been eager to upload for MONTHS but cannot, as I'm not getting a response from the original author lately.
Frustrating, but I am ham-strung...
