as they take a walk on the part of the island
that burned down while they were roasting some hot dogs.
We will call this part of the island "The Forbidden Zone"
because we need to stay off it so the plants can grow back.

I have figured out our goal in life.

After studying it for ten years this
is, I believe, how they screwed the pooch.
When they cut the capital gains tax rate,
money flowed out of long term investment into
short term investment.
Short term investment equals scam.
The reason money flows out of long term investment
is because they can take the profit when ever they
feel like it, pay the tax and still make money.
Long term investment is how you build a country,
short term investment gives you what we have had lately
a big box of worthless paper. Here today gone tomorrow.
