In IE right click on the task bar and then Web-Blinds settings and set it to use the Windows default at the top of the list.
In ObjectDesktop\Webblinds Folder right click the icon and click enable\disable icon.

and still nothing no were... the icons are in the folder.. but the program doesn't seem to exist in the registy when I install it, and when I install and uninstall still the same...

I did have some issues a couple of months back with almost all of ODnet installs, had to clean everything off and re-install, since them not one problem. My registry was a mess so before I re-installed I ran Reg-FirstAide and cleaned, sorted and compressed the registry.

Oh hell, what is your WindowBlinds settings like for Internet Explorer, isn't there a place in the settings to overr-ride skining IE h?
