Need HELP i dont know how 2 get a theme i like, or how 2 put it on my computer..!!! Plz HELP!!!!

In reference citizen Shock Tech...I too do not understand how to use this stuff.
Downloaded and installed Logon Studio, and frankly...your answers on the FAQ stink. Don't tell us how to use them at all. I downloaded some logons and don't know where they went, they aren't in the Logon Studio ??? Also tried the "load again"
however there was no "brouse" in the Logon Studio to find a folder to open.
Is there no tutorial anywhere for this.
Do all you guys just automatically know what to do or what? A beginner.
