Error Problem

can someone tell me what the hell i screwed now!
get this problem when i try to apply the XPPrime theme:
"Cannot find c:\Program Files\WinCustomize\LogonStudio\XPPrime\Theme.ini"
i dont understand how it cant find it when i installed the XPPrime file using Winstyle. the icons and everything took effect just that wallpaper didnt
