who do i talk to to find if its possible to ad a tutorial section to this site.. with people submitting bits of code, or full tutorials, for th purpose of helpping out newbe's like me?

some skinners have their own tutorials on their sites... Aleksyandr: http://www.aleksyandr.com and others... just look around you'll find some good stuff...
