Isn't it about time windowblinds could customise Windows Explorer toolbar in the same way that Webblinds does in Internet Explorer

"Skin authors will be able to optionally change the toolbar icons of Internet Explorer and Explorer and do so in a way that is much more low level than previously possible. The result is that there shouldn't be any performance or memory hit from this feature."
