What is the app running on the right hand screen edge? That flagpole/banner type thing all down the right side?

not sure what your asking but if asking where you can download it you cant. Its only included as a desktop object if you Buy toon-XP theme as I believe it was made specificly for that theme if I have my facts straight.
If you have the theme but are trying to replace a messed up copy then go to Desktopx - select import new item - and select "Toon-XP Dock V.1" and you will get a fresh copy. I edited my dock then resaved that as Mybar so if I goof it up playing around I can get back to where Im happy with it.
