Am I being helpful or am I turning into a troll?

I realize I have been spending a lot of time on this board lately. But I read that we must as members seek to help others. Right now, it is about all I can and want to do, because,
1: I am waiting for an upload confirmation so I know how, when and where to proceed.
2: I find I can learn a lot here by testing the waters and carefully poking my nose in various places. It smarts sometimes.
3: I must tend our fire every 20 minutes.
4: I enjoy meeting all of you and I do have some interesting stories to tell as soon as the opportunity arrives:
5: I know there is another level of communication occurring here that I am not privy to and it is driving me crazy
6: Did I say that?
7: Last but not least, there is no where else I would rather spend online time than here with you
I guess thats that for now. jake11

hope you guys dont mind if I cut in here. I read this thread out of curiosity. There's something jake 11 said that ive been pondering about too lately. "this internet thing is simply strange in that respect, no faces," How true! it is a strange thing isnt it? I bet ya each one of us wonders what everyone looks like and who they really are. Oh well... I guess what really counts here is that most people here seem warm and friendly. and not to mention helpful. And Jam meister33 your "mugshot" looks great. and yes..i tired both links before i got it.

crissy, you may comment on any thread you like. No one will get upset. It like we're all an extended family. Yes, we talk to each other so often that we sometimes think your right next door. I've talked to many people on this site and some I consider good friends even thou we have never met. But I will rectify that in a couple years. I would love to meet some of the people face to face.

I'm back.
I didn't see THAT coming. It seems that I have an uncanny ability to pull back the veneer a little TOO easy sometimes. Usually, there are warning signs, but not this time and it's been a long time.
I think this internet thing makes one look a bit closer or beyond their normal sight, and when something emotional like the space shuttle tragedy occurs coupled with all the responses here on the page, well, it's just too darned easy too see past the "barrier reef".
Didn't mean to scare anybody.
