Problems with SDAnalogClock

Saturday, February 1, 2003 by Pfennig | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I've purchased the Toon-XP suite, which utilizes the SDAnalogClock
plugin for it's clock object. This doesn't work, the displayed time
is totally random.

I'm not familiar with scripting and don't want to change or remove
anything without knowing what I'm doing. What do I have to change
to make it work? Of if it's a bug in the plugin, how can I remove
it savely and replace it with the DXSimpleClock, which worked fine
even with analog clocks.

I'm using version 1.92c of DesktopX.

Thanx for any help

This is a know problem and, apparently, a patch was made available on the newsgroups. Haven't seen it, but you might have a look over there.

Thank you for your reply.

Is this patch for the plugin or the suite?

Here is the answer from the Toon XP WB problem: Right click on the clock, choose Configure analog clock, change Border width from 27 to 5 and Background color to 255 0 255. Sometimes is dificult to get the context menu for the clock properties so try clicking in different parts of the clock
