The 4.92 must be a somewhat older version as it appears to not have XP features.
But I bet it is still one hell of an editor.

I might check it out just to see what it's like. I made a cursor way back that was so simple. I still have it through. It was just soemthing I messed with but I forget what program I used.

I forget how many programs I have on my computer. I have around 200Gigs of space filled. Dang freeware and shareware. I try everything. I think I'm going beyond what I wanted to say. I'll shut up now.

I am going to look at Iconforge for anything in the future, as I used it so rarely that I couldn't justify the full version of MA

Microangelo and IconWorkshop are the way to go in terms of icon design tools.
