https://www.stardock.com/products/themes/toon-xp/ Page with information on Toon-XP and what is needed, it all comes with the package when you pruchase it.
Toon-XP in action! You can use as little or as much of it as you wish. Once installed, you could apply just the icons or just the skin or just the right click menu. It's up to you. If you don't have Stardock's Object Desktop programs installed, Toon-XP includes its own ThemeManager that will apply the theme without any additional downloads or installations.
https://store.stardock.com/addproduct.asp?PRODUCT_ID=ESD-SDS-W070 link to the Toon-XP online purchase page
pretty much sums it all up for you there...

I purchased Object Desktop. I must say that I'm mostly blown away by all of the "full version" features. I also bought Toon-XP at the same time & it is incredible. I would (as somebody else requested) REALLY like that blue wallpaper that is displayed at Pixstudio.com. I'm very surprised that there is no acompanying CursorXP theme to go with it, I hope some of you skinners out there are whipping up some kinda Bugs Bunny glove cursor set. Also, no user pic for the Start menu either, I guess I'll have to make my own. The Warner Bros. faded circles would look good I think, maybe with Porky or Bugs in the middle. What an awesome suite. Well done lads ('n laddies).
