Why doesn't my Elevation XP desktop X theme ever feature in the updated section? It never even appeared in the new additions list when it was first uploaded????

don't know what you updated, but I think I heard that it must be over 3 days from the origional post before the update will be in the update section. Don't know what your time frame was.

Yes, it is 10 days.
"newest additions" are by post date. If it gets moderated too late, it may not show up in that list. It's an issue we know about, but have not had time to fix yet.
