Stardock Inc. stocks

Why doesn't Stardock issue stock? I'd be the first to buy in. Or does it already offer stock.

My search gave me.. No stocks and they aren't even marked for future by what I used.

Sounds like Sheetz. Only Employees get stock and that was just recent they started that

I was refering to a company that I used to work at. They are privatly own also. But they just recently decided to give stocks to only employees. They've been in buisness for like 50years. Something like that.
