What does it cost 101
Lets say a top author has a conservative # of skins donated to this site, of 200.
He or she has spent an Average of 20 hours on each one.(A very conservative estimate.)
If you multiply 20 x 200 you get the total time he or she has spent making these skins.
4ooo hours.
If the're time is worth a poultry 5 dollars an hour.
You multiply $5 x 4000 hours to see the're total contribution in Dollars.
$20,000.00 dollars

Should top authors get unlimited down loads for free HA HA
Question 2
Should you have to pay $20 for windowblinds,to get to use the site for a while.

I think I read that users with the Apprentice title (means they've been contributing to the site, by participating and/or authoring) do get unlimited downloads.

I was trying to make a point about people complaining about Having to make a purchase to continue to use the sight.
The small fee pales in comparison to a lot of other peoples contributions.

You don't even have to skin or buy the SkinBrowser to get unlimited downloads. I get them but I bought the SkinBrowser anyway to support the site.

We had the subject before of peope have to pay 2-5 cents a download. Come on! what is 5 cents? and the author, that has 200 skins, he gets at least 500 downloads a day... you get my point.

I would ask Frogboy to explain to everyone exactly just what it costs, but it would end up being postless because those that grasp it already do not need it explained and most that do not, wouldn't even with a road map.

WinC is a really nice place and also made up of really good peoples which alone is worth supporting.

But the anger I was holding in over this doctor crap here bled over into my post.
anyway...
it is tiresome even for me to see people post things like that thread, and then I think of what everyone puts into this place and in helping each other out and some who never come back more than a few times even, then it kinda eats at me.
I can not imagine how those running the site and doing the gorillia share of funding the site end up feeling, though I think I've got a clue...
anyway...
