Component Manager is what you get with an Object Desktop subscription. You use the Component Manager to download all the programs such as Windowblinds, Icon Packager etc. Well worth the money.

Like I said, you need the Full Obeject Desktop to have access to Alpha's and Beta's. Click that link, it will give you all the information on how it can be ordered. Once WB4 is finished I'm sure it will be made available is some way for those not on OD.
