Have Object Desktop but no WB 4

I'm lost. Just got my computer out of the shop. Been down for a while. Went to component manager and all it gave me was WB3.90 dated 1/23/03. Is that what I'm looking for?

Yes, that's the WB 4 alpha. It won't actually be labelled WB 4 until it works its way through its alpha and beta releases.
