How to change text color via SkinStudio?

I’m making my first WindowBlinds skin via SkinStudio and for the life of me I can’t figure out how to change the color/font of the text areas, such as the task bar and Start Menu.

Any help is mucho appreciated...

tool bar click windows button then click in drop down menu (show descriptions )then go to tree on left click things read descriptions on right side of screen.Search and absorb what you see. also look at code .click code tab .Keep looking and experimenting.Its not easy.You can't take it all in ,in short amont of time but the lights will come on if you Keep at it.

If you figure these things out on your own you have a better chance of remembering what you did.Thats my advice for What its worth.
